1. General Provisions
Purchases of TR soles must be made at least 15 days in advance of the required delivery date.
All purchase orders must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp).
The company reserves the right to accept or modify the order.
2. Order Conditions
Minimum order: A minimum quantity of 60 pairs will be required, depending on the model and color.
Technical specifications: The customer
Must indicate the model, size, color, and exact quantity of pairs for each size run at the time of placing the order.
Any changes to a confirmed order may only be made within the first 48 hours.
3. Production and Availability
Delivery times begin once the order has been confirmed and payment or deposit has been received.
In the event of material shortages or high demand, the company will notify the customer and provide the option to reschedule, substitute the product, or cancel without penalty.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, deposit, or authorized electronic methods.
For custom orders or large-volume orders, a 50% deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Failure to complete payment will result in the order being withheld until payment is regularized.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout the Mexican Republic via reliable courier and transportation services.
Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or force majeure.
6. Reception and Warranty
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon reception and report any issues within the first 48 hours after delivery.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations will only be accepted at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
For custom orders, cancellations and returns are not applicable.
