Purchases of TR soles must be made at least 15 days in advance of the required delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All purchase orders must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company reserves the right to accept or modify the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Order Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum order: A minimum quantity of 60 pairs will be required, depending on the model and color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical specifications: The customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Must indicate the model, size, color, and exact quantity of pairs for each size run at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any changes to a confirmed order may only be made within the first 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Production and Availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivery times begin once the order has been confirmed and payment or deposit has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of material shortages or high demand, the company will notify the customer and provide the option to reschedule, substitute the product, or cancel without penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Payment Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, deposit, or authorized electronic methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For custom orders or large-volume orders, a 50% deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Failure to complete payment will result in the order being withheld until payment is regularized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Shipping and Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipments are made throughout the Mexican Republic via reliable courier and transportation services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Reception and Warranty<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon reception and report any issues within the first 48 hours after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Cancellations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Order cancellations will only be accepted at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
